The SOEC Box Office operates the 5-wicket Parkers Dodge Pick Up Windows where our knowledgeable staff can help you secure the best possible tickets for events and games. One of the benefits of using the SOEC Box Office is that you can save on some of the convenience (service) fees associated with buying tickets by phone or online. Please note: Effective September 1, 2012 we will be charging to reprint lost tickets.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets:  If tickets are lost or misplaced, they can be reprinted at a cost of $2.00 per ticket by calling 250-276-2144. Tickets will not be available for pick up until 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. If you did not receive your tickets via mail, or print at home delivery (depending on the option you chose) within 48 hours prior to the event please contact us at 1-866-763-2849 to make other arrangements.  If this is not done, and you arrive at the box office, tickets are subject to a reprint fee of $2.00 per ticket.
