Ticket Information
Tickets Can Be Purchased at The South Okanagan Events Centre Box Office, Charge by Phone at 1-877-SOEC-TIX (763-2849).

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.

Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the South Okanagan Events Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Section 103, 103FLR, 104, 105, 108, 110, 113, and 115

Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Companion Seating
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Any additional needs please contact Mary Richards, Box Office Manager (250) 490-2341, via email mary.richards@penticton.ca

Entrances & Elevators
All entrances at the South Okanagan Event Centre are accessible. The main public elevator is conveniently located at Gate 1.

Valley First Guest Services Desk
Valley First Guest Services Desk is located just inside Gate 1 across from Section 101. Our staff are pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.

Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder".

Facilities
All washroom facilities at the South Okanagan Events Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.

Service Animals
All service animals are welcomed at the South Okanagan Events Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

Concessions
All concession stands are at an accessible height.
