Spectra-managed buildings manages the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC) and its surrounding buildings: the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre,
OHS Training Centre and Memorial Arena. Together, the Spectra-managed buildings, make the SOEC Complex. The subsidiary of Comcast Spectacor, Spectra Venue Management is the largest public assembly facility management company in Canada. Spectra-managed facilities span the entire country, with venues that include arenas, convention centres and ice facilities. Internationally, Spectra Venue Management is an industry leader and manages more than 100 other public assembly facilities around the world.

Dean Clarke
General Manager and Regional VP Spectra Venue Management. Responsible for overseeing Spectra Venue Management’s Business Development in Western Canada, Northwest Region, and the day-to-day operations and all bookings for the 5,000-seat SOEC and 60,000 square foot Penticton Trade and Convention Centre. Also oversees a 400-seat community rink in the OHS Training Centre and the 2,000 seat historic Memorial Arena.
