The digital marquee is located along Highway 97 on Eckhardt Avenue West in Penticton outside of the South Okanagan Events Centre’s (SOEC) main entrance. Your Mother’s Day message will be displayed for 10-seconds during a 7-minute running loop on the digital marquee. The loop will run from May 8th, 6:30AM to May 9th 11:59PM, 2021.
